Popeyes is without a doubt one of the most underrated fast food chains there is there chicken is juicy and has never disappointed there sides and sauces are also amazing the wait is very short as well your are in and out
When I go here I go all out now I do recommend try this 5 pc chicken strip with mashed potatoes which has some cajun seasonings in it and Cajun rice with is somewhat bland but give it a try.
You can order regular, mild, and spicy chicken I recommend the mild but if your a spicy lover like me get spicy. And also they usually give more chicken then you order for example yesterday I order the 5pc and they gave me 8 now I am not complaining at all.
Make sure to try all there sauces which includes Mardi Gras mustard, blackened ranch, Cajun barbecue, and many more. And don't even get me started on how good there biscuits are far much better then KFC. -

Drive somewhere else. We pull up, sign on door says dining room is closed, only drive through open. No cars in drive thru, we pull up to order. Clerk tells us it will be a bit to take our order. A few minutes later we ask if she is ready, nope. After another few minutes we ask again, she tells us they only have 2 employees on duty so she can't help us right now. No cars in drive thru and dining room is closed. 1pm. We were the only customer but they were to busy to take order. We cruised to Canes.

I was wondering why this would only rate 2 stars when all the other Popeyes rated 4s and 5s. Well, just come on in to see how slow they are.....
Food is good, wait time is long. Cynthia at front is pleasant, but folks in back seem to be disorganized.

Pretty bad service here. Going through the drive through and no one is on the speaker to take my order. I pull up to the window and there's no one at the window. Parking lot is empty. Restaurant is empty. Can't blame busy.
I order fried chicken because we're at a fried chicken place. Oh it'll be 8 minutes until they have any fried chicken. Hm. They tell you after they take your money. I literally drove by KFC to come here. My mistake. -

Pros: my kids love this place. We usually get the10 piece family pack. It comes with 10 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, and 5 biscuits. I really like their spicy chicken and mashed potatoes. Kids like the Cajun fries. Service is always really fast and most times accurate.
Cons: my only complaint is that they don't have corn my husband and youngest son are obsessed with the stuff. They also shorted me a biscuit this past visit, but I pulled around the drive through and got it. Don't know why I bothered, my kids don't like bread.
